In the process of providing care, we regularly review our performance to ensure that we continually meet your care requirements at home.

We take care of different individuals and with different sets of needs. Our patients range from individuals going through recovery, post-surgery, old age and disability. Because their care requirements vary greatly, we find ways to remain flexible. Clients go through a needs assessment and are designed a plan of care which guides our nurses, therapists and home health aides who will be assigned to their case. Our staff has been trained to be observant of changes in the client's health so we can make changes to their care plan or schedule or services in order to achieve the level of health that is ideal for their condition(s) and/or age.

We listen and take in your feedback. However, Charisma Home Healthcare, Inc. doesn't stop there. We also listen to family members. We know that in achieving optimal health for a patient in your home, we need collective effort from everyone in the household, the patient, the physician and the assigned care provider.
